Terms and conditions for booking and events

These terms apply to bookings in Gildehallen and registrations for events at Nordfjord Distillery.

1. Confirmation and changes

Time, program and price are confirmed in writing by email. Changes in participant count, schedule or setup must be agreed in writing.

2. Minimum booking and participant count

Some group visits may have a minimum booking level. If this applies, it is clarified in the booking details or in written confirmation.

3. Cancellation and no-show

Cancellation at least 4 days before start: no charge. Cancellation within 48 hours before start: 50% of the booking total. Cancellation later than 48 hours before start, or no-show: 100% of the booking total.

4. Payment

For bookings and events, payment is made when you arrive unless another written agreement is made.

5. VAT

All stated prices are inclusive of Norwegian VAT unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Allergens and dietary requirements

Please notify us about allergies or dietary requirements as early as possible and no later than 7 days before the visit. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

7. Safety and responsibility

Participants must follow instructions from the host. Access to production areas may have safety restrictions. Group leader/tour operator is responsible for group conduct.

8. Accessibility and practical facilitation

Tastings take place in the tasting room on the 2nd floor.
If someone in the group needs accessibility facilitation (wheelchair or similar), please contact us before booking so we can adapt as well as possible.

9. Photography and filming

Photography for private use is normally allowed. Commercial use or filming in production areas must be agreed in advance.

10. Force majeure

If the visit cannot be completed due to conditions beyond the parties control, the booking may be moved or cancelled without liability.
